What was it, Mr. Blair, that attracted you to multi-millionaire Andrew Rosenfeld? Was it the million quid he gave you, sorry loaned you, or just the fact that he's backing an Academy? That Academy, in Wembley, will specialise in citizenship. Yes, I said citizenship.

Rosenfeld, chairman of property firm Minerva, is an old mate of Sir David Garrad - nominated by the Prime Minister as a working peer. What was it that attracted you, P.M.? The million pound 'loan', or the fact that he is an Academy backer as well?
